This CCPA Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). Only you, or a person you have authorised to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
7. Verification Process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine that you are the same person about whom we have collected personal information. We may ask you to provide information that matches information we already maintain about you.
8. Authorised Agents
You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. When using an authorised agent, we may require proof that you have provided the agent with power of attorney or that the agent has valid written authority to submit requests on your behalf.
